DS1013S-75 Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package can be used instead. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used.
