DS1013S-50+ Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. By using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. A 1 tap/step configuration is provided. There are numerous related parts with the same base part number DS1013 that are universally preferred by a wide range of applications. The terminals are placed at DUAL. It is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configuration. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. As a result, it provides all the benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. It is acceptable to run it at the maximum voltage of 5.25V. Power supplies are provided so that 5V can be operated in a flexible manner. It is an active component of the CMOS family.
