DS1013S-40 Overview
For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. A 1 tap/step configuration is provided. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. A unique configuration is possible with the 16 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology. It is acceptable to operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. It is acceptable for it to operate with the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. The compound is a key component of the CMOS family. The combination of its BOTH LEADING & TRAILING EDGE ACCURACY; MAX FAN OUT OF 10 74LS LOAD PER OUTPUT with other specific characteristics makes it ideally suited for a wide range of applications.
