DS1013S-12 Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C.
