DS1013-30 Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. A 1 tap/step configuration is provided. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1013. At DUAL are the terminals. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 14 terminations. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 4.75V as a minimum. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. Mounted in the way of Through Hole. The CMOS family contains a significant amount of CMOS.
