DS1013-20 Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. With the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. There are 1 taps and steps configured for it. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. The terminations are provided with 14 for a unique configuration. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. The compound is a key component of the CMOS family.
