DS1013-15 Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. By using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. The technique of Through Hole is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. A terminal is located at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 14 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. Mounted in the way of Through Hole. As part of the CMOS family, there are several active components.
