DS1005S-150/T&R Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps.
