DP8422ATVX-25 Overview
It is packaged with the materials of Tape & Reel (TR). The 84-LCC (J-Lead) is provided to conserve board space. Dynamic RAM (DRAM) type with high quality and reliability. A temperature of 0°C~70°C should be set for the operating environment. 4.5V~5.5V voltage should be supplied for its normal operation. It is mounted according to the Surface Mount technique. Based on the base part number DP8422, more related electronic components can be found. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line end by means of 84 terminations. Approximately 5V volts are supplied to the device. Reflow temperature limit NOT SPECIFIED is determined by the component whose tolerance for high temperatures is the lowest. Memory Controllers is the subcategory in which it is included. If the power supply of 5V is provided, high efficiency can be achieved. An integrated unit is designed to work with MEMORY CONTROLLER, DRAM as its uPs/units/peripheral ICs. There should not be an excess of 95mA in the maximum supply current.
