As an op amp's input capacitance parameter, CI, is defined as the capacitance between the input terminals when one input is grounded, this device's maximum input capacitance is 608pF @ 6V.This device's continuous drain current (ID) is 2.7A, which represents the maximum continuous current it can conduct.A device's drain current is its maximum continuous current, and this device's drain current is 2.5A.Input capacitance must be charged before drain current conduction can begin, so the turn-off delay time is 46.5 ns.Input capacitance charge delays drain current conduction until the time it takes to charge input capacitance reaches 12.5 ns.Gate-source voltage, or VGS, is the voltage across a FET transistor's gate-source terminal, and can be 8V volts.In order to maintain normal operation, it is recommended to keep the DS breakdown voltage above 20V.Operating this transistor requires a 20V drain to source voltage (Vdss).By using drive voltage (2.5V 4.5V), this device helps reduce its overall power consumption.
