Tube is packed.A 4.75V~5.25V power supply is used to operate it.Circuits of type 3 are used to construct it.This is one of the series in 74S.There is a logic communication type of Parity Generator/Checker.Through Hole is available.Multivibrator has been decided to extend the operating temperature at 0°C~70°C.It is a package of type 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm).Device with a 9-bit logic.As a result, the high and low levels of current output are 1mA 20mA in relative terms.Multivibrator comes from the S product line.There is an inclusion of 14 terminations in the part.There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 5V.Additionally, it is connected by 14 pins.Keep the maximum voltage going to the device below 5.25V.In order for this device to operate, 4.75V or higher voltage is required.There is also a ODD/EVEN PARITY GENERATOR feature included in this part in order to improve performance.
