DG9431DV-T1 Overview
Presented in SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 2:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. The total number of terminations is 6. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 3V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. A total of 6 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. SPDT switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 30Ohm. Datasheets for functions of 6 pins are available. Multiplexer or Switches is a typical switch device. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 12V. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2.7V. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 2.7V~5V. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. In order to operate the 1 inputs, there are several steps to follow. There is 30Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part. The analog switch ics has 2 outputs.
