DG612DJ Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), making it easy to ship abroad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. The total number of terminations is 16. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. Circuits based on SPST - NO switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. A 45Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. A analogue multiplexer of this type is a Multiplexer or Switches. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 18V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. There should be 10V voltage fed to the electrical part below 10V. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 21V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least -10V. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic. A 500MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer. There is 45Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part.
