DG509BEY-T1-E3 Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. 4:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 15V voltage supply. A total of 16 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. Multiplexers built on a SP4T switching circuit are built. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. Try searching with DG509 to find analog multiplexer variants. It has an internal resistance of 500Ohm. To find out what the functions of 16 pins are, please refer to their datasheets. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 44V to a switch device. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 12V. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 500μA. Putting voltage greater than -200μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 20V. The voltage should be at least 5V if you are using dual power supplies. 15V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part. It is possible to operate 8 inputs. In 250MHz-bandwidths, data can be transferred.
