DG509ADY Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. 16 terminations have been made so far. As a result of its 4 channels, this electronic component provides high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. This electronic part can be found in the 16 series. A SP4T switching circuit is used for these analog switches. A 2 circuit is present in this switch device. There is an integrated analog IC DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER in the module. Analog switch ics need a voltage of 4.5V to be powered.
