DG444BDY Overview
Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 15V voltage supply. This electrical component is included in the 16 series of products. SPST - NC switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. Analog switches have 80Ohm internal resistance. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 36V. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. There should be 13V voltage fed to the electrical part below 13V. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. Despite this switch's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output.
