DG441LDJ-E3 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. In Through Hole, you'll find this switch device. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. Based on SPST - NC switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. The multiplexer consists of 4 circuits. Search with DG441 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 35Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 12V. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. A low voltage of 2.7V should be applied to the electronic component. An operating current of 10μA would be sufficient for this switch device. If you put voltage higher than 100μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 6V. It is recommended that you attach at least 3V to your dual power supply. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C. 16-DIP package is offered by suppliers.
