DG409LDY Overview
Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 4:1. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 30Ohm ohms.
