DG401DY-T1-E3 Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. A low voltage of 25V should be applied to the electronic component. This multiplexer would work with 5μA current. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1μA. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 22V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 7V should be attached. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer.
