DG387BDJ-E3 Overview
Presented in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. Through Hole is where this multiplexer is located. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 2:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. As part of its design, the 14 series is equipped with this electronic component. Based on SPDT switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. It consists of 1 circuits. Use DG387 to search for variants of the digital switches. It has an internal resistance of 50Ohm. The datasheets for the 14 pins explain the functions. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 36V. Digital switch that provides Dual, Single power at a cost-effective price. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 13V. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 230μA current. If put voltage greater than 1mA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. It is recommended that you attach at least 7V to your dual power supply. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. A 2 input needs to be operated.
