DG387BDJ Overview
Packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. 2:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. 14 pins are injected to the electronic part body. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. There are 1 circuits in this switch device. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 50Ohm. To find out what the functions of 14 pins are, please refer to their datasheets. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. 13V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1mA. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 22V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component.
