DG309CJ Overview
Packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Through Hole. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 85Ohm. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. A voltage higher than 36V should not normally be supplied to the switches. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. There should be 13V voltage fed to the electrical part below 13V. If put voltage greater than 10μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 22VFor dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 7V should be attached. The electrical part can be operated at 15V voltage levels. The electrical component supports 4 inputs. There is 60Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part.
