DG309BDY-T1 Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 1:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature.
