DG307BDJ-E3 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. It is mounted in the position Through Hole. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. 14 terminations have been made so far. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. As part of its design, the 14 series is equipped with this electronic component. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. There are 2 circuits in this multiplexer. Using the DG307 search parameter, you can discover variants of the switch. A 50Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Datasheets for functions of 14 pins are available. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. Multiplexers should not be powered above 36V in normal situations. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. 13V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 1nA current. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 100μA. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. A voltage of 15V can be used to operate the electronic component. Operating the 4 inputs requires 4 inputs. There is 50Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part.
