DG303BDY Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA degrees Celsius. Total terminations are 14. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 15V voltage supply. Into the electrical component body are injected 14 pins. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using DPST - NO/NC switching circuits. It consists of 2 circuits. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 50Ohm. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1mA. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. A dual power supply should have at least 7V voltage attached. An analog IC with the number SPST is integrated into this board. There is a voltage range of 15V operating voltages for the electrical part. There is 50Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part. A analog switch ics with 4 outputs is included.
