DG300BDJ Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. It is part of the design of the 14 series that this electronic component is included. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. A 50Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. For details about the functions of 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A low voltage of 13V should be applied to the electronic component. If you put voltage higher than 1mA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. Despite this switch's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 7V. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. The electrical component supports 2 inputs. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 50Ohm ohms.
