DG2020DV-T1-E3 Overview
The electrical component comes in SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:1 represents the number of circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 6 terminations. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPDT switching circuits. Try searching for the analog switch ic with DG2020 if you are looking for variants. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 1.6Ohm. Datasheets for 6 pin functions are available upon request. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 5.5V volts for the multiplexer. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2.7V. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 200nA current. This analog switch requires a voltage of 2.7V~5.5V to drain from a single voltage supply. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. Operating the 1 inputs requires 1 inputs. 2 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
