DG2016DQ-T1-E3 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width). The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 10nA current. A voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is required for this switch device, which drains from a single voltage source. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. The electrical component supports 2 inputs. There is 2.4Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part. In this digital multiplexer, there are 4 outputs.
