The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~85°C when the device is operating. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR). As a whole, it has 32 terminations.
