DAC37J84IAAV Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 144-FBGA, FCBGA package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 0.9V. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating. Using the Tube layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, there are a total of 144 terminations on it.
