DAC3482IRKDR Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 88-WQFN Dual Rows, Exposed Pad package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3.3V. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~85°C at all times. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. In total, there are a total of 88 terminations on it.
