DAC101C081QISD/NOPB Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. There are many types of FPGAs in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, this is one of them. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~125°C range. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. The total number of terminations is 6. Its base part number DAC101C081 can be used to find related parts. There are 6 pins on this device. In order for it to work, it requires a 3/5V power supply.
