It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. In the 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 28 terminations.
