CY2309SI-1H Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 133.33MHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Zero Delay Buffer component. There is a 16-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.25 ns.
