CY2308SC-2 Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVTTL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part.
