CY2302SC-1 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 220. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
