Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. LVTTL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 200MHz 400MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135V~3.465V. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance.
