In the 52MHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 128-LFBGA package.Tray package is used to mount this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 128-pin.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
