Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented.
