As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
