CDCVF2505DG4 Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
