Clock generator is packaged in the way of Cut Tape (CT). This clock generator is embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations.
