CDCV855PWR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. The 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 28 terminations.
