CDCV855PWG4 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. In the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. In this clock generator, SSTL-2 is used as the input to the clock.
