This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. LVTTL, SSTL-2 is designed as this clock generator's input.
