CDCV850IDGG Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL, SSTL-2 as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 2.7V. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.3V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.3V~2.7V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. SSTL-2 logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a PLL Clock Driver component. Clock PLL is equipped with 48 pin count.
