CDCM7005ZVAR Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 64-BGA package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. LVCMOS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.5GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Synchronizer and Jitter Cleaner. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. According to the base part number CDCM7005, its related parts can be found. The clock PLL has 64 pins that are available. Supply voltage 3.3V is what time clock generator can handle. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with USER DEFINABLE FIVE DIFFERENTIAL LVPECL OUTPUT; DIFFERENTIAL VCO IN CLOCK. Clock PLL is facilitated with 5 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. TR is an ideal package for this electronic frequency generator. 2 inputs are employed.
