This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVPECL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator.
