This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations.
