The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 800MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.465V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. It's compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator.
