It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 32 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 683.27MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V.
